Greenwich Library’s Catalog App

Greenwich Library has a fantastic catalog app available for Apple and Android devices. Simply search “Greenwich Library” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started.

The catalog continues to be available online through any browser at greenwichlibrary.org or by going directly to greenwichlibrary.bibliocommons.com.

The app offers improved functionality including easy access to a patron’s Library bar code to easily scan checkouts when visiting the Libraries. On the app’s home screen, a dashboard shows patron borrowing, including items due soon, holds, and any fees. The New at the Library carousels helps patrons to discover their next read, listen, or watch by scrolling through the Library’s newest acquisitions in books, audiobooks, and movies. Shelves are prominently displayed so patrons can opt to manually track their current and past titles, as well as save titles they might be interested in reading later. Staff-curated lists are another way to find something new.

Reference staff are familiar with the app’s features and can provide assistance to individuals who need help navigating this service.

Greenwich Library offers one of the most comprehensive and diverse collections in Connecticut. With a Library card, access thousands of books, movies, TV shows, music, periodicals, databases, and more in both print and digital. Library cards are available for free for anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Greenwich. Check out the Library’s catalog here.
