Technology Training Center

The mission of the Technology Training Center is to create an environment in which Greenwich Library staff and patrons can empower themselves with a practical understanding of current technology.


Drop In Computer Lab

Drop-in Lab is offered Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11:00 am and Thursdays at 3:00 pm. Library Staff are available to answer your technology questions and provide training on your laptop, eReader, tablet, phone or other devices. Ask how you can start enjoying eBooks, audiobooks, music, video, and magazines with your Library card!

Access Lynda.com for free using the Digital LibraryLynda is an online educational site that includes courses and videos in popular fields like web design, IT, education, media production, and business. Experts create and deliver all courses as well as provide exercises and relevant work samples. Note: You can only access course content through the Greenwich Library’s Lynda.com login page.

Career Coach Workshops

career coachSponsored by American Job Center, the Career Coach mobile classroom visits Greenwich Library once a month and offers two-hour workshops. The Career Coach is equipped with 10 PC workstations and high-speed Internet access. Training sessions include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Resume Workshop, and Social Networking.
