Community Meeting Rooms
Do you need a space to conduct a small business meeting? Greenwich Library has five small conference rooms available to use for no charge. AV capabilities allow for Zoom calls or presentations.
- Bookable for a maximum of 3 hours a day (once per day).
- Can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
- No food or drink is permitted.
- A valid adult library card, driver’s license, or photo identification must be given to staff at the Welcome Desk. ID will be returned when room key is returned.
- School IDs noting grade 9-12 (if digital ID it must be shown) or photo identification must be given to staff at Welcome Desk. Younger students wishing to rent a Community Room must have an adult at check-in and adult ID must be given to staff at Welcome Desk.
- Community Rooms: 1 reservation per group per day. Back-to-back reservations by members of the same group are not permitted. Individual patrons conducting a virtual meeting may be eligible for 1 reservation per day.
- AV: The Community Meeting Rooms include an LCD monitor with HDMI input on the wall. HDMI cables and adapters are available upon request.

Event Spaces
Do you need a large space to host a meeting or a presentation? Greenwich Library has both larger board rooms and theaters available to rent. Fees applicable based on qualifications, room chosen, and technical support required.
- Available spaces for rent include 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Marx Family Black Box Theater, and Berkley Theater.
- Private Rentals: 5 reservations per individual/organization per year.
- Public Rentals: 2 reservations per individual/organization per year.

- Note: Due to renovations at the Cos Cob Branch Library, this space is temporarily unavailable for rental.

Study Rooms
Do you need a private space to study or work individually or as a group? Greenwich Library has Individual and Group Study Rooms available to use for no charge.
- Bookable for a maximum of 3 hours a day (once per day).
- Can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
