The Greenwich Library Board of Trustees has delegated the responsibility for the selection and evaluation of Library resources to the Library staff and has established reconsideration procedures to address concerns about those resources. Completion of this form is the first step in these procedures. If you wish to request a reconsideration of a specific Library resource, please fill out this form and submit it to the director.
