We have some upcoming programs tied in with this year’s theme, “Imagine Your Story”. On July 10 at 4pm, our Virtual YA Book Discussion Group will discuss the book Wonder by R. J. Palacio. On July 13, our Virtual YA Film Discussion Group will discuss the 1953 science fiction classic, War of the Worlds, which you can download for free from our Kanopy platform. And on July 17, our Virtual YA Graphic Novel Discussion Group will talk about New Kid by Jerry Craft, which can be downloaded from Hoopla. All these groups are for students in grades 6-8.

Want more? Starting July 15 and running through July 22 & 29, we’ll be offering a three part Virtual YouTube Video Production program for grades 6-10.

Then there’s our special virtual program for HS students heading towards college or the workplace, Money Management for College and Working Students on July 20.

And we’ll have more to come! Watch this space!
