Senate Vote On HR620 May Limit ADA Powers

The Senate is about to vote on passing a bill approved last week by the House of Representatives that will severely limit the powers of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Broadly speaking, it will limit the amount of legal protection and options that persons with disabilities, as well as reduce the responsibilities of property owners and business employers.  The ACLU lists the bill’s flaws here.
