Jay Asher’s powerful novel Thirteen Reasons Why still packs a punch a decade after it was first published. The story of what led a young teenaged girl to commit suicide struck a cord with readers is now a successful TV miniseries on Netflix (and not yet on DVD) that’s been getting a lot of coverage regarding it’s subject matter and production:
- Schools are now warning parents about letting their kids watch the show!
- Is the series better than the book? One person thinks so.
- And the book’s author thinks there’ll be a second season!
What do you think about the show? (Confession: I haven’t watched it.) Send us some comments.
