“Angst” Documentary Film Showing January 10th

On Thursday night,  January 10th, beginning at 7:00 pm, Greenwich Library will be showing an important documentary in the second floor meeting room for teens, parents & educators.  Angst: Raising Awareness About Anxiety is an original IndieFlix film that, according to IndieFlick’s website,  “looks at anxiety, its causes and effects, and what we can do about it.”  Here’s the trailer:

Again from the website: “Angst will feature interviews with kids and young adults who suffer or have suffered from anxiety, and what they’ve learned. The film also includes experts charged with helping people manage their anxiety, and those who focus on researching its causes and sociological effects, while offering tools and resources that provide hope. The project will explore a conversation about anxiety from a peer-to-peer standpoint that is intimate, honest and accessible.”

There will be a short Q & A session sponsored by the Anxiety Institute of Greenwich.  Online registration is required.  All are welcome to attend.
