Morris County NJ librarians share tips on using search engines here. We certainly agree with the following advice, though:

"Look, books have been around for 543 years, since Gutenberg's Bible. Books are good, books are useful. Sometimes they are better and faster than the Internet. If you haven't found what you need on the Net in 20 minutes its time to rethink your attack or grab a good book. The web, for instance, is not a great source for literary criticism and analysis of dead authors. It is good for something like global warming or disappearing whales."
