Peterson Performance Series

The inaugural Peterson Concert at Greenwich Library took place in April of 2000 and featured the great jazz saxophonist, James Moody. Since that time, a partial list of performers appearing in the Series includes: Leo Kottke, Karen Akers, Graham Parker, Maggie and Suzzy Roche, Joey DeFrancesco, Tommy Makem, Vance Gilbert, Patty Larkin, Bennie Wallace, Susan Werner, Peter Yarrow, Greg Brown, Orleans,

Huun-Huur-Tu, Maria Muldaur, Stacey Kent, Joe Lovano, Cindy Blackman, Johnny A, Luciana Souza, Monty Alexander and Marshall Crenshaw. These free events were all made possible by Clementine Peterson’s generous bequest to Greenwich Library.

Thanks for your concert series - they are a total delight. The high level of performers is astonishing. It's a gift to have top performers being brought into our community for free - thank you!
