Super Noggin is a comprehensive program geared to those aged 55+ which offers a multi-faceted small workshop approach to learning and practicing brain-healthy habits and tracking individual progress. Components of the program promote cognitive challenges, physical exercise, good nutrition, social interaction, stress reduction and self-reflection. Super Noggin educates about the lifestyle behaviors that contribute to brain health in an environment where science meets fun. <br /><br />The 9 week session begins September 28th and ends November 30th. Classes are limited to 15 participants. <br /><br />Cost for the 9 week session is $20 and includes workbook, handouts, guest speakers and social events.
