The Musicians from Marlboro, the touring extension of the renowned Marlboro Music Festival in Vermont, return to Greenwich Library on Saturday, November 14, at 4 p.m. A new quintet of classical musicians — including violinist Soovin Kim, violist Beth Guterman, cellist Michal Korman, flutist Joshua Smith and pianist Renana Gutman — will recreate masterpieces such as Mozart’s Quartet in C Major and Brahms Quartet in C Minor. The Musicians from Marlboro will also honor the works of Kaija Saariaho, Toru Takemitsu and Olivier Messiaen.
