Internet Marketing for Small Business 3. Making Content Marketing Work

Event Type: Business
Date: 11/5/2013
Start Time: 6:00 PM
End Time: 8:00 PM
Description:
Content Marketing is a relatively new technique brought about by the confluence of opportunities that internet marketing offers. Instead of engaging in blatant self-promotion, many businesses are communicating with customers and prospects by creating and distributing relevant and valuable content - documents, videos, games, pictures, sounds, software and more - which changes or enhances the relationship with their target market. Put another way, instead of trying to sell you stuff, content marketers recognize that creating and circulating content of value creates relationships, fulfills social media, and enhances search results and therefore traffic and leads.

This workshop will help you evaluate your existing content and craft meaningful new content, with an emphasis on powerful business writing. We will explore the varieties of media and look at examples.
