The 29th Annual Shakespeare Competition is sponsored by the Smith College Club of Greenwich-Stamford, the Greenwich Branch of the English Speaking Union and the Friends of Greenwich Library.
Connecticut high school students compete in the Cole Auditorium at 3 pm. Each student, chosen through preliminary competitions, will present a 20 line monologue and a sonnet. The winner will advance to the national Shakespeare Competition at Lincoln Center. All are welcome to listen. •
