Duguid introduces the salads, stews and meats of Burma and explores the culinary crossroads between China, India and Southeast Asia. Duguid found inspiration to write this award-winning cookbook due to her numerous journeys to Burma over the past 30 years. She is the author of Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet; is a contributing editor at Saveur and a columnist at Cooking Light.
