mysteriousedge.jpgClaire sent us the following review of E. L. Konigsburg's The Mysterious Edge of the Heroic World:

This book is about a boy named Amedeo Kaplan. He just moved to St. Malo Florida and is neighbor to a very strange lady named Mrs. Zender. Amedeo meets a boy named William Wilcox when he first meets Mrs. Zender, and the two become friends. Mrs. Zender is moving to a retirement home and has hired Ms. Wilcox to help her pack and clean out her house. Amedeo and William help out and discover lots of information about Nazi Germany and Mrs. Zender's past life.

I would recommend this book to a friend because I really enjoyed reading it and I believe that many others would love it too. Also, it is a very fascinating book with lots of information about the Nazi's and art which I thought was very interesting and cool.

Rating: It's okay.
