Josh and Brian have come up with an idea for the Science Fair---they are going to hypnotize Brian's dog Arful to believe he's a cat! In the weeks leading up to the fair, they attempt hypnosis several times and record their observations. Is Arful acting like a cat? Will they win the science fair?
