Friends Cole Concert Presents Musicians from Marlboro

The Musicians from Marlboro will return to the Cole Auditorium on Sunday, November 13 at 4 pm. The touring extension of the renowned Marlboro Music Festival in Vermont will appear as part of the Friends of Greenwich Library's Cole Concert Series. The group offers exceptional young musicians together with seasoned artists in chamber music programs of rarely heard works and masterpieces of varied instrumentation.

This performance includes Tim Fain, violin; Tien-Hsin Cindy Wu, violin; Michael Tree, viola; Kyle Armbrust, viola and Peter Myers, cello. The group will play Mozart's String Quintet in C Minor, K. 406, Bridge's String Quartet in E Minor and Mendelssohn's String Quintet No. 2 in B-flat Major, Op. 87.

The performance is free and open to the public. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., show begins at 4 p.m. This program is made possible by the Sylvia and Leonard Marx Foundation and the Friends of the Greenwich Library.
