eBook Readers Galore

Greenwich Library will dedicate the entire month of December to eReaders and eBooks in the Technology Training Center. Programs will be offered twice each week and will focus on how to borrow eBooks from the Library's collection of over 10,000 and growing popular and classic titles onto compatible eReader devices such as the Kindle, Nook and iPad. Bring your own or practice with ours. Each device will have its own session, so please check the calendar for dates and times. One-on-one assistance will also be available at the Drop-in Lab in the Training Center every Thursday between 3-4, to get hands-on help accessing digital collections and more.

eBooks have been gaining momentum these last few years with one in four Americans reading eBooks, according to the Book Industry Study group, and the American Publishing Association estimates ebooks represent 8.5% of yearly sales. This program is made possible through the support of the Greenwich Library Board of Trustees and contributions by generous donors. For more information, please visit or phone (203) 625-6508.
