Get Back to Computer Basics at Greenwich Library

Get back to basics and hone your computer and Internet skills as Greenwich Library's Technology Training center rolls out 10 programs in December geared toward helping you master your PC. The Technology Training Center will also host programs that will update you on the latest social networking and financial sites. All programs are free and open to the public.

Fine tune your computer skills with PC Basics on Dec. 2 and the Drop-In Computer Lab every Thursday at 3 p.m. Still new to the Internet? Learn to discern good Web sites from bad ones on Dec. 2; attend Internet Basics on Dec. 9 and E-mail Basics on Dec. 5. Master Microsoft Word when the Career Coach bus visits on Dec. 8; join the social networking masses on Dec. 10; and get acquainted with the new Greenwich library Web site and rebalance your portfolio on Dec. 16.

Each easy-to-understand session is taught by a librarian who is an expert at the highlighted Web service.
