The Byram Shubert Branch Library is pleased to present Preschool Storytime and Crafts on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. in the upper level children's room at the newly renovated Byram Shubert Library.
"Our goal is to provide our youngest patrons with a fun, enriching and interactive literature experience, and encourage the children to interact and socialize with each other," said Branch Manager Miguel Garcia-Colon.
Andrea Casson Vaz will read stories, sing songs and lead a craft with the children. Each session is one hour and registration is not required. Although the program is designed for 3 - 5 year olds, children of all ages are welcome.
"Storytime is also a wonderful opportunity for parents to socialize with each other while their children are engaged," said Garcia-Colon. "We invite all participants to enjoy our beautiful library after the program by checking out books, magazines, CDs and DVDs; using our computers or reading."
The spring session continues through Tuesday, June 16. For more information, please call the branch at 203-531-0426.
