From the moment he hatches from his golden, thousand-year-old egg, Jin Jin has a problem. He doesn't know what kind of creature he is and none of the animals he meets seem to know either. As he embarks on a journey to discover who he is, Jin Jin meets many friendly animals and learns to read.
Grace Chang was born to a family of famous entertainers in Beijing, China. At a young age, she learned the art of magic and illusion from her grandfather, often in the courtyards of the Forbidden City. Chang is a multi-talented entertainer and has appeared on stage and screen in both China and the United States, including an appearance in The Joy Luck Club.
