Music from Marlboro- 3_18_08.jpgThe Musicians from Marlboro, the touring extension of the renowned Marlboro Music Festival in Vermont, will return to Greenwich Library on Sunday, February 15, at 4 p.m., as part of the Friends of Greenwich Library's Cole Concert Series. Five musicians will play works by Hayden, Kodály and Brahms in the Cole Auditorium.

Celebrate Chinese New Year at Greenwich Library

Thumbnail image for Thumbnail image for Grace Chang show at Greenwich Library 2-1-09.JPGCelebrate the year of the ox at Greenwich Library's annual Chinese New Year celebration on Sunday, February 1 at 3:00 p.m. Illusionist Grace Chang leads a cast of entertainers who will perform magic, acrobatics, martial arts and Chinese opera in "Jin Jin's Magical Journey."


The free performance starts at 3:00 p.m. in the Cole Auditorium. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. Advance tickets are not required. For more information, please call Yang Wang at 203-622-7924.

Need a break from your kids' winter break? Let Greenwich Library lend a hand with a week-long schedule packed full of fun, imaginative children's programs, starting Monday, February 9. All are welcome to Greenwich Library, 101 West Putnam Ave., for a viewing of the animated classic Charlotte's Web, on Tuesday, February 10, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cole Auditorium.
