The Friends of Greenwich Library will launch their annual membership campaign during Friends Membership Week October 14-19. All members will receive the monthly Friends newsletter, Keep Posted. Adult members who contribute $40 or more may receive the signature Friends tote bag.
"Last year, Friends contributions made a wide range of programs possible," said membership chair Haley Elmlinger. "All of our events are free and open to the public including concerts with the esteemed Musicians from Marlboro, retrospective exhibits in the Flinn Gallery by Robert Kaupelis and Barbara Rothenberg, a lecture with Greenwich native Dorothy Hamill and so much more," said Elmlinger.
Adult and children's memberships extend for one year from July 1 to June 30. Children's memberships are available to children ages 12 and under for $20 per child. Children are entitled to receive either the Friends youth tote or a Friends teddy bear. All donations are entitled to a tax deduction for the full amount of the donation.
