ART EXHIBIT - GREENWICH PEN WOMEN - NOW THRU SUNDAY JUNE 17

 

Four members of the Greenwich Pen Women are exhibiting their artwork at the

Spectrum 2012 exhibit at the Carriage House in New Canaan. 

 

The artists include:  Liana Moonie, Fereshteh Priou, Margaret Esme Simon and Connie Stancell. 

 

The barn is located at 681 South Avenue. 

 

 

POETRY WRITING CONTEST - GREENWICH PEN WOMEN

 

Professional women writers can participate in a poetry - writing contest and receive a cash prize.  Winners will be published in "Women's Voices of the 21st Century".  More details can be obtained from the website at www.greenwichpenwomen.org.

 

 

BIKE TOUR OF GREENWICH POINT - SUNDAY - JUNE 24th

 

The Historical Society of the Town of Greenwich will provide tour guides for 2 bicycle tours of Greenwich Point.  They will point out historical points of interest.  Participants will meet in the first parking lot to the right nearest the entrance.  Riders should have helmets and water bottles.  The tours will  start at 1 and 3 o'clock.  Admission is free, but reservations are recommended.  Call 203-869-6899.
