Aspiritech's Innovative Approach Towards The Autistic Workforce

9-21-2011 4-26-28 PM.pngWhat may be a new innovative business model for companies who have employees with autistic-related disabilities is being practiced at the software testing company Aspiritech.  This business model promotes the "detail-oriented" skills of employees who  "have been diagnosed with disorders on the autism spectrum".  By using their employees' special abilities, Aspiritech is able to provide state-of-the-art software testing services.
