The National Dissemination Center For Children With Disabilities (NICHCY) is a group that assists families, educators and other interested parties in providing information on children with disabilities.  This infomation includes stuff on special education services, specific disabilities, early intervention and research on educational practices.  For more about what this group offers, click here.
