The US Department of Labor has set up a site designed to assist people with disabilities find job opportunities:  The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP).  The ODEP site advises job seekers with disabilities based on categories like youth, employment supports (which include benefits, tools, etc.), research statistics and employer needs.  For more infomation, go here.
