Haitian Relief Online Sites

Taking a cue from my colleagues over on the Library News Blog, here are some online sites I've found that have been set up to assist the Haitians after last week's awful quake.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is only a list of sites available.  This blog does not endose one site over the other and is only providing this information for readers to process on their own.

ARC International

Google Crisis Response

The Haitian Emergency Relief Fund

The US State Department

Besides the Huffington site, the other best source to find out where to send aid is CNN's "Impact Your World " site (click here; thanks MW).  The network is also providing updates on the situation here.

And if you're still not sure which charity is legit, go to the Charity Navigator site .
