The American Federation for the Blind (AFB) has a site for persons who are blind or visually impaired seeking jobs and/or information on how to get jobs. CareerConnect (go here) also offers advice on how to post resumes and practice interviews, assists potential employers, and has online podcasts and video seminars on working with people with disabilities (not just visual ones either). There's a wealth of important information on this site that can assist job seekers and employers alike, so give it a look.
