For Persons With Disabilities: State Disability Resources in Connecticut

Do you, or someone you know, have a relative with some sort of physical or emotional disability, and they don't know where to turn for help?  The About.com site has made available an online listing of where to find disability assistance in Connecticut, which you can find here.  The first few entries on the list are child-related, but families of disabled adults can contact the other organizations cited further on for aid and assistance.
