Ask the Staff of the Lending Team a Question

We can provide answers to questions about general borrowing policies and procedures.

We will try to answer by the close of the following business day (e.g. Friday questions will be answered by Monday evening.) Your answer will arrive by email. Please allow for holiday closings.

Instructions:

In the "Subject" line of the new email window that opens, type just a few words describing your question.

In the body of the letter, give us more details about the question. Be as complete and specific as possible.

When you send us your question, please include your name and patron barcode number if you are registered at Greenwich Library.
