Student Volunteer Program

High school students grades 9 – 12 who live in or attend schools in Greenwich are eligible to earn Community Service hours volunteering at the Library.
Positions are on-going and year round.

Tech Support

Wanted: Tech-savvy students to assist patrons using public computers.

Greenwich Library Student Leadership Council

The Teens Services Committee is looking for motivated students who would like to get directly involved in the creation of youth oriented programs at their Library.


The Friends of the Greenwich Library Adopt-a-Shelf Program is providing an opportunity where student volunteers can help ensure shelved library books are in their proper Dewey Decimal order.

Facilitator — Next Chapter Book Club

NCBC volunteers help the club coordinator offer people with developmental disabilities (DD) to read and learn together, talk about books, and make friends in a relaxed, community setting.
